Melania Trump - The Best First Lady

Melania Trump has what it takes! Not only the look but also the support for Trump and wisdom. She is effusively praised by her husband as an excellent mother to their ten year old son, Barron, and portrayed as an elegant businesswoman destined to be the perfect first lady. But the Slovenian model, 46, is known to be happier on the sidelines. She shies away from the spotlight, preferring to remain behind the scenes - especially since her previous foray into politics, introducing her husband at the Republican National Convention, was ridiculed when it turned out her speech was plagiarized from Michelle Obama. She certainly breaks the mould, being the first third wife to occupy the White House, the first non-native speaker of English, and the first fluent in five languages – Slovenian, German, French, Serbian and English. Contrary to popular belief she would not be the first foreign born – that was Louisa Adams, the English wife of sixth president John Quincy, who served from 1825 to 1829. Nor would she be the first model – both Betty Ford and Pat Nixon worked as models, with Mrs Nixon using those skills to become the first first lady to appear publicly in trousers, and model them for a national magazine.

The beautiful town of Sevnica in former Yugoslavia, no Slovenia were Melania was born. For centuries, the town of Sevnica was situated on the border of two historical regions of the Habsburg Empire: Carniola and Styria. It was first mentioned in written documents dating to 1275 by its German name Liehtenwalde. At that time, it was one of the most important settlements in the Windic March (or Slovene March). In 1322 it acquired the status of a market town, with extended market rights in 1513. Between the 14th and 17th centuries, it suffered greatly from frequent Ottoman raids and never fully recovered its previous wealth. In the 16th century it was an important center of Protestant reformation in the Slovene Lands; the Slovene Lutheran author Jurij Dalmatin also preached in the town.

Hillary Clinton went to her wedding

Bill and Hillary Clinton were among the 350 guests when Melania and Donald tied the knot at the groom's landmark Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. According to GQ, the bride wore a $100,000 Dior dress with 1,500 crystals, which took a "legendary" 550 hours to make. It had a 13ft train and the bride wore a 16ft veil. However, the gown was so difficult to walk in that Melania changed into a Vera Wang hand-ruched silk tulle Grecian dress for the poolside after-party. Her 12-carat, emerald-cut Graff wedding ring is said to be worth £1.5m.

Melania's sister, Ines, was the maid of honour and Donald's two sons, Donald Jr and Eric, served as best men. Guests including Heidi Klum, Barbara Walters and Simon Cowell "slurped caviar and Cristal in the shadow of a five-foot-tall Grand Marnier wedding cake", says GQ, while the Hollywood Reporter says the seven-tier "chef-d'oeuvre" weighed more than 200lbs.

She thinks people should be nicer to one another

In a rare campaign speech just five days before the election, Melania outlined her vision for what her role would be in the White House if she were to become first lady, saying she would work to combat a culture on social media that has become "too mean and too tough" and which is filled with insults based on "looks and intelligence".

But as CNN reports, "she didn't make any mention of the Twitter activities of her husband, Donald Trump, who has relentlessly attacked his political foes, journalists, critics and other entertainers for years with demeaning comments based on their appearances and intelligence".

Melania, giving her first solo speech since the Republican convention, added: "It is never OK when a 12-year-old girl or boy is mocked, bullied or attacked. It is terrible when it happens on the playground, and it is absolutely unacceptable when it is done by someone with no name hiding on the internet. We have to find a better way to talk to each other."

Lady Gaga led a chorus of critics who said Melania decrying bullying is "pure hypocrisy".

Melania will be the best first Lady that the world has ever seen!

Why you should vote for Donald Trump, even if you can't stand him

Is Donald Trump ever going to be elected as the new president of the United States of America ? Well, that depends on one hand from the media's and on the other on the final presidential debate. Hillary gets one or two minutes longer to talk and that implies that Trump gets pushed back in the defense. On the other hand I can imagine that Trump is going to be elected, simply because the majority of the people know that the vast majority of the medias in the US is biased driven by special interests.

As an economic expert, Donald Trump knows all about insolvency, debt, the deficit, taxes, and what it would take to right America’s veering economic ship before it becomes the Titanic and sinks permanently. He’s also a brutal negotiator who manages to get his way more often than not, which means he wouldn’t be pushed around by the rest of the world, particularly ISIS and Putin.

America needs Trump for many reasons, including but not limited to:
  • His business acumen can be used to actually create jobs instead of offering empty lip service
  • His business savvy will ensure that we do not continue to pile up debt
  • He’s anti progressive liberal, which means reining in abortion as birth control, huge entitlement spending, and wasted investments
  • Trump is more of a traditional, religious type, which is in desperate need in America right now

Why We Need to Elect Donald Trump for 2016

Now for a look at these reasons in a little more detail, to help people understand why they should be voting for Trump for 2016’s presidency.

1: He’s Conservative on the Issues
President Obama and the majority of Congress for the majority of his two terms has acted in a decidedly liberal fashion. ObamaCare, increased entitlements, gun crackdowns, a lack of strength in foreign policy, and trillions added to the debt. These are all things many feel a president with conservative values will reverse. Most dangerous of all, for many people, is this trend of religious freedoms being held in low esteem vs. the perceived “rights” of the gay community. A Trump presidency would see an end to the ridiculous mainstream culling of religious values.

2: He Can Run an Economy
Another big stain on Obama’s record that will follow him throughout history is that he doesn’t have a mind for business. He can make a speech. He can rally support. But when it comes to running an economy as a businessperson, he is woefully inept. This is a problem that Trump obviously doesn’t have. Donald Trump can actually operate an economy and bring America back from insolvency, by creating actual jobs and by expanding our worth as a world leader rather than being indebted and playing second fiddle to foreign nations.

3: He Won’t Back Down
A few years ago, Trump was taking on Scotland to build a golf course. It was just him vs. an entire country that basically wanted him gone. Trump won. He will not back down; he’s far from just a reality TV star. Trump fights for what he wants like a pit bull, whereas our current president just lays down and lets the rest of the world walk all over him. So when Putin puffs his chest out or when ISIS spreads, Trump will be there to smack down these piddly powers before they rise.

4: He Doesn’t Buy Into the Victim Mentality
America today has become a nation where you’re only entitled to make someone of yourself if you’re a victim with a hard-luck story. While it might seem like Trump was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he’s actually fought through bankruptcy and has had to start over a couple of times. Unlike Obama, whose social justice beliefs dictate his actions that are geared toward wealth redistribution, Trump is more about wealth creation and personal drive to accumulate wealth. This is something America sorely needs.
